EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), also commonly known as Tapping, is a psychophysiological tool that involves both the mind and the body through gentle “tapping” of acupuncture points on the body while tuning into negative attitudes or beliefs. Often it is these negative attitudes or beliefs, either conscious or unconscious, that result in repetitive unwanted behaviors or reactions and physical symptoms. Sessions are performed remotely on Zoom.
