EFT Coaching Sessions are done in packages of five 60 minute sessions.  Please schedule each session individually. Sessions are performed remotely on Zoom. 

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), also commonly known as Tapping, is a psychophysiological tool that involves both the mind and the body through gentle “tapping” of acupuncture points on the body while tuning into negative attitudes or beliefs. Often it is these negative attitudes or beliefs, either conscious or unconscious, that result in repetitive unwanted behaviors or reactions and physical symptoms.
